We serve mainly vegetarian food with fresh seafood available when landed locally.
With a strong Italian accent our ingredients are sourced locally in Cornwall and from our holiday home in Italy.
As much of our menu is home-made as is possible, including Cornish Hevva cake (1850 family recipe!) Bread Pudding (as tried by HRH Prince Charles), Chilli crab tart....and more .

Olive Oil
We are the sole importers of virgin olive oil made in Italy by the Battaglini family This non-blended oil has a unique flavour.
We use it in our Mediterranean recipes.
We also sell this oil along with flavoured olive oil, olive pastes, hand-cream and soap. Why not call in at the cafe if you'd like to buy some?

Three typical varieties of olives are cultivated by the Battaglini Farmhouse in the Bolsena region, these are “caninese”, “maraiolo” and “frantoio”.
